Important: All treatments are subject to a consultation and patch test where required. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is not suitable for you or may pose a health risk.

Age Requirements:

• You must be 18 years or older to receive most treatments
• Clients aged 16-17 may receive certain treatments with written parental/guardian consent and must be accompanied by a parent/guardian

• A consultation is required before your first treatment

Cancellation Notice:

Late Cancellation Fees:

• Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of treatment cost may be charged
• No-show without notice: 100% of treatment cost may be charged

Exceptions:

Repeated No-Shows:

Clients who repeatedly fail to attend appointments may be required to pay in full at the time of booking for future appointments, or may be refused service.
